  • 4 stalks green onions
  • celery w/ leaves
  • 1 fresno pepper (if you can’t find 1 jalapeno)
  • 1 habanero
  • fresh thyme
  • 2 limes
  • [Vegetarian option: 1 head of cauliflower: (2 steaks per head)]
PROTEIN:
  • catfish fillets (1 per person),
  • 4 eggs

DAIRY:
  • 1 cup or 2 sticks butter
OTHER:
  • dried thyme
  • dried rosemary
  • dried oregano
  • paprika
  • all-spice
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • Tony Chachere's creole seasoning or creole seasoning of choice
  • cumin
  • hibiscus powder (optional can get on Amazon)
