About the Chefs
A note from Sebastian,
the founder, president and ED of The Evolved Network
We’re back at it again! Continuing our series of Pop-up fundraisers and chef collaborations not only to share our vision of food and its quality, but to continue to spread the word about The Evolved Network, our mission and our vision. Again, I am extremely fortunate to have another esteemed chef behind us and I genuinely can’t wait to share a kitchen and menu with Chefs Paul Kahan & Sam O'Keefe. I officially met Paul Kahan at our first round table discussion in June of 2022 and he’s continued to be a huge supporter ever since. He provided samples at our Fundraiser at eden in November, he was most recently present at our nonprofit leadership and appreciation luncheon, he agreed months ago to let me use one of his restaurant spaces for this opportunity to build and fundraise for The Evolved Network, and will now be sharing his genius in collaboration with his executive sous chef Chef Sam O’Keefe on a menu with me. That type of humility and graciousness is rare and I’m truly honored.

I remember after the round table discussion in June, he asked to stay on with me just to chat and to get my opinion about something. He listened with depth and care. He was gracious, supportive, and present. I was amazed that a chef of his caliber and resume could be so egoless and demonstrate this level of care and generosity. It is truly an honor Chef Kahan. I will not let you down.
